Prospective students must write a one-page double spaced (12-point font) Statement of Interest. In the Statement of Interest, students should include the key reasons why they are interested in OHSM. Students should include any personal or professional experience they have in the field and how they plan to use their education in their future careers. This can be uploaded as a Supplemental Document to the student’s application in the Future Student Application Portal.
