Our people, our cultures and our strong sense of community are the things that make Cape Breton University a special place. The My CBU Story series was created to highlight the incredible people who make up the CBU community, allowing us to share their stories with pride. But we need your help.

As we head into our 50th Anniversary in 2024, we’re looking to highlight even more CBU stories! So whether your story is from 1974 or 2023, we want to hear from you. 

There are so many students, alumni, faculty and staff, donors and community members doing amazing things each and every day, and we want to hear about it. Do you know someone who should be featured in our next web story or video? Do you have a unique story that shows others what can be accomplished at CBU? We want to hear from you.

While we can’t promise every submitted story will be selected, we encourage you to share your recommendations or submit your story for consideration.
