Home has a large shared kitchen with 3 prep stations, and shared laundry area. There is also a 4-piece bathroom and a 2-piece bathroom.

Bedrooms are mostly furnished with bed and bath linens provided. All utilities will be included in tenants rent, with access to WIFI and parking.

The nearest bus stop very close to the end of the driveway, and it is  20-minute drive to downtown Sydney and CBU campus, on the bus.

Grocery stores and other commercial area is a 5-minute bus ride.

There is a friendly dog in the house at times.

Rent is $450/Month, per tenant, for the shared bedroom.

Rent is $550/Month for the single bedroom. Damage deposit will be half of a months rent, for all tenants.
