All utilities are included in tenants rent, which also includes laundry and internet. Bedrooms will have bedding, towels, pillows and kitchen supplies all provided, with a common room that has couches and a TV. This is NOT a vegetarian household.

The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the house, located on Victoria Road.

There is no smoking or drugs permitted in the house, as well as no pets.

A damage deposit required, 50% of monthly rent.

The rent and deposits are due in full within 24 hours of offering a spot. Preference is for Interac. If tenants want to use a bank transfer or wire transfer, then they are responsible for the fees.
