Atlantic Central’s Halifax office is currently accepting applications for a summer co-op term position of Procedures Assistant.

In the role of Procedures Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Policy & Procedures Department.
This position is based out of the Halifax, NS office, but offers the ability to work remotely as required.
As the ideal candidate you will be working towards completing a degree in Business and have completed at least your first year of study and be a participant in the University’s Co-op program.
You have experience with website administration, ability to learn new software, and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). You will also have strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills and can accomplish tasks with little supervision.
This is a full-time, 16-week student co-op position and the hours of work per week are 37.5 hours. The term for this position will be from May 13, 2024, to August 30, 2024, and the hours of work are 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
This position will be paid hourly at $23.50 an hour plus vacation pay.
