Job Title: Cromarty Tennis Coordinator – Marketing, Fundraising, Clubhouse and Community Engagement Job

Overview:

Cromarty Tennis Club is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as the Tennis Coordinator for Marketing, Fundraising, and Community Engagement. This multifaceted role involves a balance of office responsibilities and community outreach, aimed at promoting the club’s mission, expanding its reach, and ensuring sustainable growth through effective marketing, fundraising, and community engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing:

– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase the visibility of Cromarty Tennis Club.

– Create engaging social media posts, posters, and advertisements for club functions and tournaments.

-. Promote awareness of the organization’s mission and work among members and the broader community.

– Engage with current and potential members, providing relevant and accurate information in an enthusiastic and genuine manner.

– Fundraising:

– Strategize and execute successful fundraising campaigns to support the club’s initiatives and programs.

– Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers to enhance fundraising capabilities.

– Organize fundraising events and oversee teams of volunteers to ensure successful execution.

  1. Community Outreach:

– Assist in planning and executing community outreach programs and events.

– Take charge of the setup and cleanup of events, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for participants.

–  Represent Cromarty Tennis Club’s interests at club and community events as requested.

– Assist and coordinate engagement sessions for relevant stakeholders on new initiatives and program offerings, such as ‘Try Tennis.’

3.Clubhouse Management

– Engage members in fundraising efforts, providing them with relevant and accurate information in an enthusiastic and genuine manner.

– Assisting with tennis court bookings

– manage front desk/ assisting members with registration/manning the phones

–  maintaining a tidy appearance of the club. (emptying trash and recycling barrels/maintaining clean bathroom facilities)

– reporting any concerns or requests to executive

  1. Social Media

– Creating day to day updates on events on our Facebook and Club Automation site. (training with be provided)

 

$18.00 per hour

35 hours a week

Beginning in May 2025 (date to be determined)
