We are hiring cooks and servers for the 2025 summer season. All ages may apply. Must be available to work weekends.
Cook Job Description:
– Prepare required food ingredients.
– Cook and prepare menu items.
– Ensure presentation of menu items are of high standard.
– Keep sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
– Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
– Check quality of ingredients.
– Monitor stock and alert head cook of shortages.
– Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, utensils are kept clean.
Qualifications: Experience as a cook, ability to follow sanitation procedures, ability to work as a team, very good communication skills, high school diploma, food handling certificate.
