Cancellation Policy
The Nancy Dingwall Health and Counselling Centre strives to provide exceptional care to our students, staff and faculty. We aim to provide care in ways that best meet your needs and schedules. However, missed clinic appointments impact our ability to provide quality services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email at least 24 hours in advance and office staff will reschedule your appointment during clinic hours. Missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice for physician services will result in a $50.00 “no show” charge.
If you are calling after hours, please leave a message with details including your name and contact information. If you arrive to an appointment more than 10 minutes late, we may cancel or reschedule your appointment unless you notify us that you are running late.
