Ayse Ersoy

Dr. Ayse Begum Ersoy is Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Marketing at Shannon School of Business at Cape Breton University in Nova Scotia, Canada. Prior to joining CBU, Dr. Ersoy was with American University of the Middle East in Kuwait as Department Chair following 20 years of Senior Marketing Executive roles with Fortune 500 Multinational Corporations like Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, British American Tobacco, Nestle, Danone and L’Oreal in Turkey, Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East. In addition to her extensive corporate experience, Dr. Ersoy also pursued an academic career as an Assistant Professor and Adjunct Professor at Yeditepe University, Aydin University and Bahcesehir University in Istanbul, Turkey. In her last role Dr. Ersoy was Head of Marketing for Nestle Waters Turkey and was in charge of Global and local brands management, full P&L responsibility, digital marketing, innovation, insights and strategic planning.
