International Student Recruitment Officer

Brett MacLean is responsible for the recruitment of international students for Cape Breton University. He works to set and achieve targets that will grow and diversify CBU’s international student population in Nova Scotia and to develop international partnerships with universities around the world. As an experienced international recruitment consultant, previous manager and associate director, he has a strong recruitment experience within the European, Middle East and Asia regions for the educational sector. He has experience working with Middle Eastern, European, British and North American educational institutions and governing bodies. Brett’s current responsibilities require hitting recruitment targets, strong presentation and communicative skills to provide directed workshops, panel discussions and event management for business development and international student recruitment.
