Mohamad Musa

Assistant Professor

Mohamad Musa is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work. Mohamad received his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Social Work from the University of Windsor. His area of research is mental illness perceptions and mental health education among migrant populations from the Middle East. Mohamad is focused on engaging service users and providers to enhance the existing mental health systems in the Atlantic Canada. Mohamad has extensive clinical practice experience working as a Clinical Therapist in post-secondary institutions, youth health, youth mental health, and youth justice agencies across Ontario.
