Rick McSpadden

Sessional Instructor

Rick is a sessional lecturer at CBU and is also a newcomer to Canada from the United Kingdom, he teaches Health Emergency Preparedness to International Students as part of their Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Health Care Management course. He works for Nova Scotia Health as the Emergency Preparedness Manager for the Eastern Zone. Rick graduated from the University of Portsmouth with an undergraduate degree and two master’s degrees, his second master’s was in Crisis and Disaster Management. Rick is a Certified Emergency Manager with the International Association of Emergency Managers.
