Stephanie MacDougall

Manager, Communications and Donor Relations

Stephanie brings more than 10 years experience to the Cape Breton University Alumni and Development team in the fields of public relations, communications, stakeholder engagement, event planning and fundraising. Stephanie began her career on the $400 million environmental remediation of the Sydney Tar Ponds Remediation project, after which she worked in several different sectors including fundraising, corporate communications and private consulting. Stephanie attended Cape Breton University and Mount Saint Vincent University, gaining her Bachelor of Art and Bachelor of Public Relations, respectively. Stephanie volunteers as the Vice Chair of the Board for the Transition House Foundation.
