CBU invites applications for the Assistant to University Registrar & Director of Admissions. This is a full-time continuing position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all facets of the Office of the Registrar and Admissions. The Assistant provides confidential administrative and secretarial support; prepares and secures confidential documentation (including, but not limited to, discipline and grievance letters, performance information on employees, and any other labour relations issues); maintains confidential files including budget preparation and tracking; and liaisons extensively between the University Registrar and Director of Admissions, Deans, Department Chairs, staff, students, and the general public.
This position also assists with the day to day operation of the department and it is an integral role in supporting all aspects of University Registrar and Director of Admissions Portfolio.
