CBU invites applications for the Student Development Officer. This is a Full-Time Continuing Role. The successful candidate will be asked to provide relevant and pertinent advice to first-year students to launch them on the road to success. The candidate will provide student advising in the fields of Academic Advising, Academic Coaching, Career Advising and Co-curricular Records.
Qualifications for this role but not limited to are a baccalaureate degree in a relevant area, with additional credentials/experience in academic counselling, such as Education, Psychology, Social Work (Graduate degree would be considered an asset). The candidate will also have proficiency in MS Office, effective time management skills and be able to demonstrated problem solving abilities.
