CBU invites applications for the University Records Officer. This is a full-time continuing position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the university’s records management program and will coordinate all university functions that have records that need to be transferred to the Beaton Institute and will manage any destruction based on their retention schedule, adhering to the records retention schedule and all provincial/federal regulations. The successful candidate will also work with the Archivist to help coordinate and maintain donations of born digital archival records as well the digital infrastructure and digital file management of the archive.
