A Message from President Dingwall: Sri Lanka

To the University community,
Along with the rest of the world, Cape Breton University was shocked to learn of the tragic Easter Day attacks that occurred in Sri Lanka. Our hearts go out to the victims, their families, and the people of Sri Lanka living in Cape Breton and around the world whose lives are forever changed by this horrific act of terrorism and hatred. At this painful time, we stand by our community members from Sri Lanka and all who may have been impacted. We stand together with our fellow citizens of all faiths and beliefs in condemning such acts of violence wherever they take place and whoever they target. CBU stands united.
