As CBU has done in the past, the Nancy Dingwall Health and Counselling Centre will be hosting a Bell Let’s Talk Fundraiser Lunch on Tuesday, January 21, from 11:30am-1:00pm in the Pit. Tickets are $10 each and are available for purchase at the Bell Let’s Talk information tables located in the CBU cafeteria and Cineplex Cinemas Sydney, as well as at the cafeteria checkout. It will be a hot lunch with veggie and non-veggie options, with proceeds from the event supporting mental health initiatives at CBU.
This year (Wednesday, January 22) marks the 15th annual Bell Let’s Talk Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness and promoting action to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health with the goals of improving access to care, increasing research efforts and normalizing these important conversations.
