Join us on Friday, March 8, at 1:00pm in the Rotary Music Performance Room, located off the Great Hall.
Centre for Cape Breton Studies-Associated faculty member, Dr. Ian Brodie, will speak with Clifton Cremo about his career in comedy.
Space is limited, so we encourage you to arrive early to get a seat.
From Eskasoni First Nation, Clifton Cremo is a stand-up comedian who has quickly moved from Sydney open mic nights to shows at Halifax Comedy Festival, Just for Laughs and CBC’s Laugh Out Loud, among many others. In this conversation, he will discuss the development of comic material and adapting it for local and national audiences, as well as what comprises comedy at this contemplative moment.
