Tourism is a broad term that encompasses Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Accommodations, Culture, Performing Arts, Heritage, Community Development, Events, Attractions, Sports and Recreation, Music and Entertainment and so much more.
CBU has a long history in programming and research in these areas. While most of these diverse offerings may not be grouped officially as “Tourism” programs, they nevertheless support varied options for those who may wish to specialize in aspects of the Tourism Sector. These activities are clustered in the Shannon School of Business (SSOB) and the School of Arts and Social Sciences (SASS).
